We are pleased to announce we'll be using a new online scheduling system (Ministry Scheduler Pro) that allows you to specify the times that do and do not work well for you to serve, check your schedule from anywhere and easily find a substitute when you can't make it. Don't forget that if you have an iOS or Android device, you can use the MSP mobile app! After downloading, you'll need the following Organization ID to sign in: St_Stephen_Chatt. A short video on how to use the MSP mobile app is also available here.

As a reminder, some of the reasons we chose this platform are:
The application itself can be web-portal based or via an app that works for both Apple and Android – so everyone can access to control their own contact information, availability, and preferences. This means you can access and modify your schedule directly from your phone or PC.
Requesting substitutes is done by clicking a button. The system will automatically send the request and close it when it is fulfilled.
Email and/or texts can be generated to alert when you are scheduled to serve.
Paper schedules can still be generated and made available.
All ministries will be included so we won’t have duplicate roles assigned during the mass (this will include Ushers, Greeters, EM’s, Lectors and Altar Servers).
